 E-SIGN, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001, et seq.), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with Signature Travel, LLC. before an online version of the Signature Travel, LLC. Membership is entered into. Please read the following information carefully.

 

 Should you enter into an online Vacation Membership Agreement ("the Agreement"), you will not be required to submit paper application. The entire agreement between you and Signature Travel, LLC. will be evidenced by an electronic record. To enter into the Agreement, you must additionally electronically acknowledge that you agree to the terms of the Signature Travel, LLC. Policies and Procedures.

 

 To access these documents and enter into the Agreement, you will need the following hardware and software: A Personal Computer (PC) with Modem or other Internet Access device, operational Internet browser software (E.G. Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer), and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Should there ever be a change in equipment or software necessary to access the terms of the Agreement, Signature Travel, LLC. will advise you of the same and will provide you with a list of the equipment and software that is necessary. Upon such event, you may withdraw your consent.

 

 Your consent will apply to all transactions between you and Signature Travel LLC.

 

 You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records at any time. However, should you do so; the Agreement will be automatically terminated.  During the enrollment process, you will have the ability to read, download, print, and retain the Policies and Procedures for future reference. Upon receipt of such a request, Signature Travel, LLC. will mail you the current version of each document. There is a $10.00 charge for this service.

 

 By entering into the Agreement, you agree that Signature Travel, LLC. may amend the same (including the Policies and Procedures) at its sole discretion at any time. You may obtain a copy of the version of these documents that were in effect at any time after you entered into the Agreement. Prior Versions are archived by Signature Travel LLC. Should you wish to obtain a copy of any version of the Policies and Procedures since the date of your enrollment, send a written request to Info@signaturetravelllc.com. Your request must include your Name, your Username, your mailing address, and your email address. Please be certain to specify the date of the version that you wish to receive. Upon receipt of such a request, Signature Travel, LLC. will mail you the current version of each document. There is a $10.00 charge for this service.  Membership Terms and Conditions

 

 Signature Travel LLC, has prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to answer Member questions and to help avoid misunderstandings. We hope you will find them helpful.

 

  1.     You agree that you have read the http://www.signaturetravelllc.com website completely and watched or listened to each Audio and Video. These are the ONLY facts that you have based your decision in reference to purchasing this product. Any details or promises made by Independent Affiliates that do not match what you see on this Website should be considered invalid.

 

 2.     Occupants must be at least 22 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

 

 3.     Reservations may be made online. Please ensure that your accommodation request form is complete. We ask that your request be submitted at least 6 days in advance of your planned travel.

 

 4.     Your Resort accommodation will be for 7 nights and 8 days. Unless otherwise specified, partial weeks are not available. Members wishing to extend their stays for additional days should contact the Resort directly to make their own arrangements.

 

 5.     Accommodation provided will be in a two-bedroom, one bedroom, or studio suite. Unit size varies according to the season and location.

 

 6.     At check-in, you will be expected to present your written confirmation, a major credit card and a driver’s license.
